7. Terms of purchase

These Terms of Sale are the ones on which TARA MOOR will supply to you the products listed on its website www.taramoor.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any product from our website you agree to be bound to us by these terms and conditions . TARA MOOR reserves the right to, from time to time, change these terms of purchase at its sole discretion. The applicable terms of purchase when you order are effective from the day of the order.

Products available for sale through TARA MOOR’s E-boutique are exclusively for end-user customers and are not for re-sale. Consequently, TARA MOOR reserves the right to refuse orders placed by customers who breach this condition. In the event that TARA MOOR suspects that a customer has breached this condition, the customer's account will be cancelled.

You can purchase TARA MOOR jewelry online at www.taramoor.com but please note that we only deliver to a limited number of countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and People’s Republic of China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. TARA MOOR reserves the right to deliver, occasionally and due to special circumstances, to a country outside of those mentioned above.

7.1 Placing an order

You should carefully check all details prior to confirming your order. When you are ready, please proceed to checkout and follow the instructions. In the case that you which to change or cancel your order, please refer to our Cancellation, Return or Exchange Policy.

Depending on the country you have selected in the main page of TARA MOOR website, the prices shown in the E-Boutique will be in Euro, Pound Sterling, Swiss Franc, Danish Krone, Sweden Kronor, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollar or New Zealand Dollar.

Prices displayed on www.taramoor.com already include VAT and other taxes applied to the customers in the country of delivery but they do not include the shipping costs.

Please, note that prices displayed for products to be delivered to the USA do not include local Sales Tax. However your State and/or municipal government may require you to declare your Internet purchases and pay sales, use or other applicable Tax on them directly.

TARA MOOR reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on www.taramoor.com at any time without prior notice to the customer. The customer will be charged the prices displayed on www.taramoor.com at the time the order was confirmed provided that the products are available at that time.

TARA MOOR works to make sure that all the information about prices and delivery costs shown in the website are accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a product shall occur, TARA MOOR will give the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel it at no cost. In case that we are unable to contact the customer the order will be treated as cancelled.

7.2 Payment

TARA MOOR online payments are processed by PayPal, which uses the latest SSL-128 bits encryption technologies to offer our customers the highest standards of safety when ordering with us. The total amount of your order is charged at the time your card is approved at the end of your purchase process. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be cancelled.

TARA MOOR must receive payment for your order in full before it can be accepted. Once stock is checked and your credit card has been authorized, TARA MOOR will send you an email receipt confirming your order. We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and you will be notified by email. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any additional amounts.

Please note that, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you hereby expressly authorize PayPal to perform the appropriate credit checks for us and, if necessary, obtain additional information required to process your order efficiently. Information received or sent to authorize third parties may include but is not limited to your name and credit card details. This may be necessary to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

7.3 Delivery and insurance

Delivery costs are not included in the cost of the products themselves and will be displayed on the order form once you have completed your selection and prior to making any payment. For security purposes, all products are delivered trough TCE via FedEx and TNT from our headquarters in Hong Kong and require a signature upon receipt of the package. The shipping costs are charged to customers at a forfeit amount.

Please note that the information provided concerning delivery day expectations is an approximation and doesn’t bind us in any way. We are not responsible for any delay caused by either customs or the shipping company. TARA MOOR will not be liable in case of variation in delivery time from the ones listed above.

Customers have the responsibility for providing accurate and comprehensive delivery information. In the case where information provided during the purchase process is not complete or accurate, neither TARA MOOR nor its delivery partners shall be held responsible for any delay, loss or consequences derived from this inaccuracy.

TARA MOOR insures each purchase until it is delivered to you. Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign the delivery note for any goods delivered at which point responsibility passes to you.

For security reasons we currently do not ship to post office boxes as signature is required upon reception of the jewelry piece(s). If this causes you any inconvenience we suggest you contact our sales team writing your message on our Contact Us page or by phone at +852 3426 2150 to see if shipment can be arranged in a more convenient way for you.

When returning or exchanging a product we recommend you to take insurance while shipping the piece(s) back to us. If your piece(s) is lost or damaged before it arrives to us we will not take responsibility for it. For more information about our return and exchange policy, please click here.

7.4 Tracking order

Your products will be shipped within 2 working days once the payment has been approved and the address has been verified. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the dispatch date and the delivery reference number of your order.

Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order on-line through FedEx or TNT's website using your unique tracking number.

7.5 FREE Shipping Conditions

For purchases that exceed a certain amount, orders are then FREE of charge.

7.6 Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so before it is dispatch. Please contact our Customer Service Department through the page Contact Us or by phone at +852 3426 2150.

However, if your order has already left our premises for shipping, we will not be able to cancel your order. In that case please refer to our return policy.

We remind you that the right to cancel the contract can only be exercised by the purchaser and cannot in any circumstances be exercised by the recipient of the gift.

7.7 Return policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly refund the original purchase price of your order within seven (7) days following the reception of the item(s), please note however that the expedition costs remain at your charge.

TARA MOOR will not accept the return of used, washed or deteriorated pieces. To make sure that the item is returned in the same conditions it was delivered, it will be subject to a control check upon reception.

If the item(s) do not meet our Quality Control standards, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. No return will be offered for item(s) that are returned incomplete by the customer, damaged or soiled. If the item(s) meet(s) our Quality Control standards, we will gladly charge back the initial amount to the purchaser’s credit card account.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity and any related accessories or instruction booklets, together with the duly completed Return and Exchange Form and a copy of the invoice we emailed to you. Please, address it to:

If the previous conditions are fulfilled, TARA MOOR will refund the purchaser's credit card in which the exact amount will be credited to the purchaser's matching account.

2. The invoice was also sent in your order confirmation e-mail. You may also print it any time from your online account. Please include the reference number of your purchase as it is necessary to us for processing the exchange.

In case you received a defective piece and you want to return/exchange it:

In case you lose a matching piece:

If you find yourself in this situation, we will gladly help you by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid within twenty one (21) days.

7.8 Exchange policy

For any exchange the merchandise should be sent to us within twenty one (21) days counted from the day of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity and any related accessories or instruction booklets, together with the duly completed Return and Exchange Form and a copy of the invoice. Please, address it to:

TARA MOOR will not accept the exchange of used, washed or deteriorated pieces. To make sure that the item is returned in the same conditions it was delivered, it will be subject to a control check upon reception. If the item(s) do not meet our Quality Control standards, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. No exchange will be offered for item(s) that are returned incomplete by the Customer, damaged or soiled.

If your item(s) meet(s) our Quality Control standards, we will gladly send by e-mail a coupon code to the holder of the credit card that was used for the initial payment. Its value will be equal to the amount of your purchased item(s). Thanks to the coupon code number, you will be able to choose freely a new item in our E-boutique.

If the value of the new item(s) is inferior to the initial purchase, the price difference will be charged back to a new coupon code you will be able to use any time before its expiration date. In case the value of the new piece is superior to the initial purchase, we will send you a new invoice for the price difference which you can settle directly by bank transfer either to our bank account or Paypal account.

7.9 Defective merchandise

In case you receive an item that is defective, we will gladly help you by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid within twenty one (21) days.

The article will go to our Control Service to check if the defect is due to production or shipment. If during the Control process, the defect appears to be unrelated to production, packing or shipment, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. In case we find the piece defective we will cover the expedition charges and we will gladly help you to exchange or refund it.
