Ordering on TARA MOOR website is easy, fast and safe. Once you have found the item(s) you wish to purchase, click on the "add to shopping bag" button to place it in your selection. Follow the instructions in the checkout process to complete your order. Please note your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, after your credit card information has been approved by PayPal.
We remind you that once your order is accepted, you cannot cancel it. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item after the delivery, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

13. How is TARA MOOR jewelry shipped?

Your jewelry will be safely gift-packed and shipped by courier (FedEx through TCE or TNT depending on the country of delivery). Between order placement and shipment, there is an average of 2 working days for us to process your order. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the dispatch date, the courier company and a tracking number for your shipment. This number will allow you to track your shipment through the FedEx or TNT websites.

All jewels arrive in our signature gift box, elegantly tied with our pink satin ribbon and accompanied with a certificate of authenticity. Delivery costs are not included in the cost of the products themselves and will be displayed on the order form once you have completed your selection and prior making any payment. All products are delivered trough FedEx through TCE and TNT from our headquarters in Hong Kong. The shipping costs are charged to customers at a forfeit amount. 16. Is my shipment insured?

TARA MOOR insures each purchase until it is delivered to you. Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign the delivery note for any goods delivered at which point responsibility passes to you.
Customers have the responsibility for providing accurate and comprehensive delivery information. In the case where information provided during the purchase process is not complete or accurate, neither TARA MOOR nor its delivery partners shall be held responsible for any delay, loss or consequence derived from this inaccuracy.
17. Do you ship to post office boxes?

For security reasons we currently do not ship to post office boxes as signature is required upon reception of the jewelry piece(s). If this causes you any inconvenience we suggest you contact our sales team writing your message on our Contact Us page or by phone at +852 3426 2150 to see if shipment can be arranged in a more convenient way for you.

Once you have purchased on-line, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the date of dispatch and the delivery reference number of your order. Your tracking number will allow you to track your order on-line through the FedEx or TNT websites.

Prices displayed on our website already include VAT and other taxes applied to the customers in the country of delivery but they do not include the shipping costs.
Prices displayed for products to be delivered to the USA do not include local Sales Tax. However, your State and/or municipal government may require you to declare your Internet purchases and pay sales, use or other applicable tax on them directly.

Repair, Exchange & Return
23. I have purchased a TARA MOOR piece and I wish to return it, what do I do?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly refund the original purchase price of your order within seven (7) days following the reception of the item(s), please note however that the expedition costs remain at your charge.
TARA MOOR will not accept the return of used, washed or deteriorated pieces. To make sure that the item is returned in the same conditions it was delivered, it will be subject to a control check upon reception.
If the item(s) do not meet our Quality Control standards, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. No return will be offered for item(s) that are returned incomplete by the customer, damaged or soiled. If the item(s) meet(s) our Quality Control standards, we will gladly charge back the initial amount to the purchaser’s credit card account.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity and any related accessories or instruction booklets, together with the duly completed Return and Exchange Form and a copy of the invoice we emailed to you. Please, address it to:

If the previous conditions are fulfilled, TARA MOOR will refund the purchaser's credit card in which the exact amount will be credited to the purchaser's matching account.

2. The invoice was also sent in your order confirmation e-mail. You may also print it any time from your online account. Please include the reference number of your purchase as it is necessary to us for processing the exchange.

For any exchange the merchandise should be sent to us within twenty one (21) days counted from the day of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity and any related accessories or instruction booklets, together with the duly completed Return and Exchange Form and a copy of the invoice. Please, address it to:

The article will go to our Control Service to check if the defect is due to production, packing or shipment. If during the Control process, the defect appears to be unrelated to production, packing or shipment, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.

29. My piece of jewelry needs repair what should I do?

In case your jewel needs to be repaired, please write a message in our Contact Us page explaining what happened to your jewel. We suggest that you attach some pictures in order to get the most accurate answer possible from our specialists. Once we have studied your case we will let you know if it is possible to repair your jewel or how we can help you to solve your problem.
If your jewel can be repaired we will ask you to send the item to our office in Hong Kong. As we rely on the pictures or explanations to give you an answer, we need you to understand that in some cases the jewel will not be able to be fixed. In that case we will let you know if the item is still in stock in order to help you replace it.

30. My jewelry turns dark after being worn or stored. How should I clean it?

The darkening of silver occurs as part of the oxidation process due to the contact of the material with the oxygen. This is nothing to worry about as it happens to all silver jewels. Remember that the special patina is an integral part of our designs and it is very important if you wish to preserve that characteristic that you follow our instructions for cleaning and general care.
